Adan “The Inclusion Instigator” Carbajal is wanted for recklessly creating opportunities, breaking down barriers, and recruiting youth, adults, and veterans into adaptive sports programs.

Adan Carbajal graduated from the University of Iowa in Therapeutic Recreation. Since 2020, he has worked with Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation, serving individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Now, Adan is the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Wheelchair Football Team. He continues to offer sports opportunities for kids with physical disabilities in various para-Olympic sports.
