Jay “The Instigator” Powers is wanted for conspiracy to improve performance! Authorities allege that for decades, Jay has secretly recruited business owners, executives, coaches, service members, athletes, and students into an illegal network, conspiring to help people become more than they believed they could be. Witnesses report he routinely asks uncomfortable questions, destroys limiting beliefs, promotes disciplined habits, and convinces otherwise law-abiding citizens to set ambitious goals – while holding one another accountable. Despite repeated warnings, Jay continues recruiting new accomplices throughout the Tampa Bay area.

After 26 years as a U.S. Army Special Forces Colonel, Jay continues his mission of serving others through leadership and performance development. He is a Certified Scaling Up Coach, owner of Legion Consulting, owner of D1 Training South Lakeland, and Head Wrestling Coach at Plant High School. Whether in the boardroom, the gym, or on the mat, Jay is committed to developing others.
