Stealing hearts and breaking down barriers through movement, inclusion, and gratitude
Anne Holdsworth and Tina Tallman, aka The Motion Mavens, have been caught encouraging children and adults with special needs to believe in themselves, creating inclusive communities, celebrating every accomplishment, and leaving behind stronger bodies, bigger smiles, lasting friendships, and grateful hearts. They have been accused of smuggling joy into every room and frequently caught delivering confidence, friendship, and happiness to children and adults with special needs. They have been caught inspiring laughter, high-fives, happy dances, wheelchair races, and spontaneous celebrations of every accomplishment-no matter how small. Authorities warn that prolonged exposure may result in increased confidence, new friendships, stronger muscles, grateful hearts, and the irresistible urge to cheer for everyone around you. They are considered highly contagious – their enthusiasm, compassion, and joy have been known to inspire everyone around them If spotted, do not attempt to stop them. Instead, join the fun, give them a high-five, and help them continue their mission of proving that everyBODY can move, everyBODY belongs, and everyBODY shines.
